How do you make hundreds of teenagers look up from their phones? You do the opposite: you make the phone a magic wand. The concept: guardian spirits hidden across the venue, summoned by scanning printed QR marks. The hunt itself becomes the event.

A WebAR app that summons animated 3D spirits with no install, a Supabase backend tracking the game state, a challenge studio for the organizers, and a full print system: stickers, posters and invitations, over 300 items, all designed and delivered press ready. Digital and print built as one machine.

The system ran live, at scale, in one night, with real users and zero second chances. It held. This is the difference between a demo and a product: one of them survives contact with reality.
